Support

Email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you. A few things we’re asked often:

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so they are cancelled there, not in the app. Open the Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Levelwatch → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

I paid but the calculator is still locked

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Google account for an active subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

Where does the lake data come from?

Observed elevations, generation releases, and forecasts are published by the Tennessee Valley Authority. Levelwatch reads that data and does not modify it. If a reading looks wrong, it is most likely a gap or delay at the source.

Why does my lake show no data?

TVA occasionally publishes nothing for a reservoir for a period. Levelwatch shows “Slack unavailable” rather than guessing a lake level, because a confident answer built on a made-up number would be worse than none. It fills back in once TVA publishes again.

How accurate is the slack calculator?

It is a geometric estimate from the dock measurements you enter and TVA’s forecast. It does not model line stretch, wind, wake, ice, or hardware condition. Treat it as a prompt to go and look at your dock, not as a substitute for doing so. See the Terms of Use.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account and data, or see the account deletion page.
