Delete your account
You can delete your Levelwatch account and everything stored against it at any time.
From inside the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
- Open Levelwatch and sign in.
- Tap Settings from the home screen.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete account and data, then confirm.
You will be signed out straight away. The account and its data are gone at that point — there is no grace period and no way to recover them.
If you can’t sign in
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will action it within 30 days and confirm by reply. We may ask you to confirm from that address before deleting, so that nobody else can delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your default lake selection.
- Your dock setup — cleat elevation, horizontal distance, freeboard, estimated maximum height.
- Your acceptable slack limit.
All of it is removed immediately and permanently. Nothing is retained.
What is not deleted
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Billing is handled by Google Play, not by us. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions, or you will continue to be charged.
Purchase records held by Google Play and by RevenueCat, our subscription processor, are kept under their own retention policies and are outside our control. Lake data from the Tennessee Valley Authority is public information and is not linked to you.
